Ukraine could start a digital currency

One of the ways to unite a people is by currency.  Most soverign nations print their own money.  As the Ukrainian diaspora begins to get settled in their new but hopefully temporary homes, it becomes hard to conduct business and keep anything going that was part of your life before the invasion.

When they most surely dont have access to ingots and printing presses right now, it would be possible to unite people and raise money by building the digital version of the currency.  The rest of the world would buy it to help the Ukrainians.

It doesn't even have to be done by the government.  It could be done by the thought leaders and university classes.
