Incognito Wallet failure

To follow up, I am pretty sure we got ripped off.  We haven't fully researched all of the transactions but it appears to still be frozen several days later.  Looked into it and you aren't supposed to send money to Incognito that doesn't have an Asterix next to it.  Not sure why they let dumb people like us have the option to lose our money but we found it.  We lost a bunch of Shiba Inu.  Its not that much but if it goes to the moon, we will not be on the rocket ship.
